Pastor TJ McNew, III has been pastoring since August 1991. He is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. Pastor TJ was ordained on July 16, 1996 on the North Central Ohio District. His wife's name is Gloria, whom he married on January 2, 1981. They have two children: a son, TJ IV, and a daughter, Shannon.

Pastor Barry Long has been pastoring since 1996. He is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. Pastor Barry was ordained on July 12, 2003 on the North Central Ohio District. His wife's name is Jean and they have a son, David. They were married on January 2, 1990.

Tonya Temple is in her first position as Worship Leader. Her husband's name is Ed. They have twin sons: Edward and Joseph. They were married November 11,2002.

Co-Youth Pastors
Terry (TMac) and Jennifer (JenMac) serve Fresh Faith as Co-Youth Pastors. Terry and Jen were married on July 29, 1995, and they have three children: Libby, Brianna, and Gabe. They have worked with our teens for 2 years and have served 8 years overall in Youth Ministry.

Shelli Thomas has been with Fresh Faith since the church launched on September 21, 2003. Her husband's name is Jerry and they were married on November 26, 1983. They have three children: Amanda Myers, Brandon, and Cassandra.
